Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that somethings things don't work out.

• Returns must be made within 7 days of the date of delivery for exchange, store credit, or refund.
• Return shipping costs to be paid by the customer 
• Goods must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging with tags attached. 
• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded for cash or other tender types. 
• Refunds will be provided in the same tender as the original sale. 
• Customer to pay return postage unless item faulty.
• Satchel can be reused for return, use second adhesive strip.
• Sale items may be exchanged for alternate products or store credit, refunds will not be accepted.
• Please be aware that all sample sale items are final and returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
