Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that somethings things don't work out.
- Returns must be made within 7 days of the date of delivery for exchange, store credit, or refund.
- Return shipping costs to be paid by the customer
- Goods must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded for cash or other tender types.
- Refunds will be provided in the same tender as the original sale.
- Customer to pay return postage unless item faulty.
- Satchel can be reused for return, use second adhesive strip.
- Sale items may be exchanged for alternate products or store credit, refunds will not be accepted.
- Please be aware that all sample sale items are final and returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
