Where are Sie items designed and manufactured? 

Each item is thoughtfully designed in Australia, and handmade with the utmost care in Bali. As a small business, we believe in supporting other small businesses. This is why we chose to work with a family run tailor rather than a large industrial manufacturer.

How do I wash my Sie items?

Our garments are handmade with quality fabrics. To take the best care of your Sie piece, we suggest hand washing or a gentle machine cycle, with a mild detergent. Do not tumble dry. Wash with similar colours. 

Do you offer sustainable packaging?  

We are proud to ship all orders in HEROPACKS which are made of cornstarch and cassava roots. They break down in 90 days in a compostable environment and leave no waste or toxins behind. Simply throw it into a compost bin and the bag will become nutrient-rich fertiliser for your garden. 

What currency is used online? 

All our prices are charged in AUD.

What payment types do you accept? 

Our secure payment system accepts all major credit cards and Afterpay.

What is AfterPay?

AfterPay is a digital service that allows you to buy an item now and pay it off later in fortnightly instalments. For more information, seewww.afterpay.com.au/faqs

Can I get a refund if my purchase isn’t right for me? 

You may return any full priced items within 7 days of delivery for exchange, store credit, or refund. Please see our Returns page for further details and how to return. 

Can I cancel or change my order? 

We are unable to cancel or change your order once it has been allocated. However, you are welcome to return your order/items once you receive it. 

How can I use a gift voucher / promo code? 

You have the option to add your gift voucher or promo code at checkout. Please note, only one discount can be redeemed per order. 

Will I have to pay for customs and duties? 

We ship from Australia, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs and duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. 

I’ve just placed an order. Where is my confirmation email? 

Please allow up to 1 hour for your confirmation email to be received to your registered email address. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam folder. If you still have not received your email within this time, please contact hello@siethebrand.com.au

How do I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation via email, as well as a shipping notification when your order ships. You can trace an online order by viewing the tracking details in that email.
